“Kavach” as the way of personnel development

Before opening my low affairs office, I spent 14 years for my career which relates to the human resource development, like a recruiting, the labor relations management, and talent management in Japanese and German companies. I’m happy if I can give you useful information to be a good player in Japanese labor market systems through my experience and knowledge in this blog.  I hope this site helps you to have a significant life.

By the way, “Kavach” is a dialect of Hiroshima region in Japan that means “Twisted logic”. If someone said “He’s just a Kavach-tare!”, his attitude must be over-talking and less-action.
In fact, “act before words” is the virtue for the Samurai-warriors, so there are still many business people, especially seniors who think over-talking is the vice.   

However, I know a lot of young capable Japanese use “Kavach” as a technique to develop themselves. That is to say, they never say “it’s impossible” but say “it may be possible” at first whether he has the confidence or not when their bosses order any tasks to them. That’s the way they get the chance to be assigned valuable tasks and to develop themselves through the tough situation. 

Everything is changeable and Japanese labor market cannot be an exception.
If you want to be a good player, I recommend you to use the “Kavach” for your self- development.
